It is also possible to have monthly subscription renewal contracts.

There is a setup cost of 18 Euro. This setup cost is waived if you allow invoice payments with an automatic bank transfer on a Belgian bank account.

The maximum amount of data included in each package is the data to be protected on the local hard- drive as selected by the user in the Backup view of the Backup24 program. Backup24 stores up to 10 versions of each file, but this is not counted for in the data total.

Packages are always per machine, it is not possible to cumulate the data of different machines into one subscription. For larger volumes (above 10 GB), please contact our sales-team.



The remaining days in the month, after the 14 days free trial, are to be paid pro-rata of the remaining days in that month. This amount is added to the first monthly or yearly payment, depending on the selected subscription package.
All subscriptions need to be prepaid for the selected subscription package.
Cancellations need to arrive 45 days before the end of the subscription period, otherwise subscriptions will be renewed automatically.
Already paid subscription amounts will not be refunded because of cancellations.
There is no limit to the number of backup-sessions, nor to the volume of transmitted data. There is no limit on the retrieval of files.



During the 14 days trial you can subscribe to the service or de-install the software so you do not have any obligations.
